The RFU GMS process is a compulsory registration process that requires annual completion from this year onwards. This will need to be done for all players representing any side for Sutton Coldfield. If you are a Casual's, Senior Women's, Senior Men's (including Colts) or M&J player, this must be completed by your first game and means you are covered by RFU insurance. This is separate to registering yourself on Pitchero for the payment of annual subs.

Mini and Junior parents will be aware of this process already as this is the same as age grade registration in previous years. Adult players will need to access their GMS account and complete a renewal for Sutton Coldfield. New players need to register for Sutton Coldfield and in effect 'Transfer' from their previous club.

This is a relatively straightforward process, even props have already completed it! Please get it done early, we do not want to deny eligibility for fixtures if it hasn't been finished.
